After more than a decade of dedicated service in occupational therapy, we are pleased to announce the official sale of Chazen Swanepoel and Partners Inc., effective 1 June 2025.
Ongoing Communication and Accounts
Although the practices have been handed over, Chazen Swanepoel and Partners Inc. and its associated entities will continue to operate on a reduced basis to assist with the finalisation of outstanding matters.
Please note:

The existing practice numbers and banking details remain active

We are still able to receive and allocate payments for services rendered on or before 31 May 2025

For any administrative queries, account settlements, or historical documentation, we are available to assist

The Kuilsriver and Benoni branches have now been successfully handed over to two exceptional occupational therapists and their newly established practices:

Both Ingrid and Danielle bring with them years of experience, clinical excellence, and a passion for providing patient-centred care. We are confident that each practice will continue to thrive and grow under their capable leadership.
